This update is mostly about one thing: making MDProgress fit the way you actually practice. Your feed, your guidelines, and your studying now key off your specialty and scope, your exam prep picks up where you left off, and the whole platform is quicker and steadier underneath. Here is what changed.
Your feed, rebuilt around your specialty
We replaced the old feed with a new personalization pipeline. It reads your specialty, your scope of practice, the journals you follow, and your goals, then surfaces the recent articles most worth your time. The result is a feed you open because the reading is relevant, not because you have to.

Guidelines that match your societies
Guideline search is now personalized. It surfaces the societies and recommendations that fit your specialty, with clearer states while a search runs and a smoother path when you upload your own. Less hunting through long documents, more of the recommendation you came for.

Exam prep that remembers where you left off
Exam prep now resumes. Start a session, step away for clinic, and continue later without losing your place. We also added per objective and overall session limits so a study plan stays focused, and rebuilt the landing so it is clear what to do next.

Read About, clearer at a glance
Read About now leads each result set with the topic you asked about, and the journal controls were reworked so narrowing your sources is faster. The path from a clinical question to a useful set of articles is shorter.

Notifications, built in
There is now a notifications area inside the app, so the things worth knowing about reach you in one place instead of only by email.
More control over your account
Settings and personalization were reworked, and you can now delete your account and its data yourself, with a clear confirmation step. The CME you have earned and your Activity Report stay exportable.
Faster and steadier underneath
A lot of this release is invisible. We hardened security, added rate limits and reliability safeguards, and tightened the slow paths, so the platform holds up while you use it.
