Frequently asked questions (and answers)

Is the first month really free?

Yes. Your first month is free and there is no payment when you sign up. Add a card whenever you decide to continue, and if it is not for you, cancel before the month ends at no charge.

What is the difference between the billing terms?

Every term unlocks the exact same platform. The only thing that changes is the monthly rate: $30 month to month, $25 billed yearly, or $22 on the three year term. The longer you commit, the less you pay each month.

Do residents really get it for free?

Yes. Enrolled US and Canadian residents get full access for free during training. Choose “I'm a resident” when you sign up and upload your training letter.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your account settings. Credits you have already earned stay in your record, and your CME Activity Report stays downloadable.

Do you ever run sales or discounts?

No. The price you see is the price everyone pays. The longer billing term is the only discount, and it is open to everyone, all of the time.

Which features are on the paid plan?

All of them. There is a single plan, so Discover, Guidelines, Exam Prep, Practice Risks, Read About, and CME tracking are included at every billing term.

How does CME credit work?

MDProgress is not an accredited provider yet. Quiz activity is recorded at 0.2 credits per answered question, and the CME Activity Report is built to support reporting the credits yourself where your licensing or certification body permits it.

What happens to my credits if I leave?

They stay yours. Your earned credits and your CME Activity Report remain available to export, so reporting never depends on staying subscribed.
